All our products come securely packaged, ready to survive their trip round North America (or just down the road) to you. We aim to get all our orders packaged and sent within 48 hours. Please see below for costs and estimated shipping times.

Free Shipping (on $99+ pre-tax purchase) / USD $8.00 (on under $99 pre-tax purchase)

Canada & Mexico

International rates apply, calculated by Shippo.

Shipping Times

To keep the shipping costs down, we only issue tracking numbers for US parcels, unless you have chosen to add international tracking at the checkout (Recommended).  If you don’t receive your item within 10 working days, please contact us and let us know.  

After payment is made in full, all our goods are packaged with the utmost care by The Handmade Cyclist team, we send out our parcels on Monday – Friday, within 24-48 hours of receiving your order.

Import Taxes

If your country taxes imports, you may be charged duty by your local tax office. Most of our parcels fall below the threshold for customs duty but if you are in doubt, it is worth checking the position locally, as we can't pay your taxes!

Custom Order Timeline

Generally, we will always try to send your order asap. Custom orders can take a few days to process from receipt of design - we will always try and turn things around quickly but again, please bear this in mind if ordering for a special occasion. You will be sent a confirmation email once your item has been dispatched.
